Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Team Lead, focusing on SAP BRIM CC. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our SAP landscape. You will be instrumental in leading complex BRIM CC implementations and providing expert AMS support.

We are seeking a candidate with deep hands-on expertise in BRIM CC and a comprehensive understanding of its cross-domain functionalities. The ideal individual will thrive in highly customized environments, contributing to sophisticated charging and billing solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Lead and oversee SAP BRIM CC implementation and ongoing AMS support activities. Configure and manage Convergent Charging components, including charge plans, rate plans, and pricing models. Design and implement solutions for usage-based and event-based charging scenarios, alongside balance management. Effectively handle incident, problem, and change management processes. Conduct thorough root cause analysis for CC-related issues and implement timely resolutions. Develop and enhance highly customized BRIM CC solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as CI, CM, and SOM. Ensure seamless integration between CC and other BRIM components. Prepare essential documentation like functional specifications, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Support all testing phases, including unit, integration, and UAT, and manage defect resolution. Provide expert functional guidance to business users and mentor junior consultants.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of SAP experience, with a significant focus on SAP BRIM CC. Demonstrated hands-on experience in BRIM CC implementation and AMS projects is essential. Possess a strong grasp of SAP BRIM architecture and the complete end-to-end charging flow. Proven experience working within highly customized BRIM environments is a must. Familiarity with cross-domain BRIM knowledge, particularly CI, CM, and SOM, is highly advantageous. Understand key integration points within the BRIM landscape. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic support and delivery setting is critical. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are expected. Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM, subscription-based or complex pricing models, and basic ABAP debugging are beneficial.
