Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing and maintaining observability solutions.

Drive the implementation and improvement of systems for tracing, metrics, monitoring, and logging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and performance of large-scale installations.

Contribute to the evolution of our observability strategy and tools.

Proven knowledge of Observability concepts including Tracing, Metrics, Monitoring, and Logging.

Experience with large-scale installations of Elasticsearch is essential.

Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and OpenTracing is required.

Proficiency with observability tools such as Jaeger, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kafka, and ELF.

Any Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
