Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on observability solutions.

Develop and implement strategies for tracing, metrics, monitoring, and logging at scale.

Oversee the deployment and management of large-scale observability tools and platforms.

Ensure the continuous improvement of our observability stack to enhance system reliability and performance.

Requires a strong understanding of Observability concepts including Tracing, Metrics, Monitoring, and Logging.

Demonstrated experience with large-scale installations of Elasticsearch is essential.

Proficiency with OpenTelemetry and/or OpenTracing is necessary.

Familiarity with observability tools such as Jaeger, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, Kafka, and the ELF stack is highly valued.
