Prepare insightful executive-level reporting packs to track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Oversee resource and capacity planning across technical and non-technical workstreams, ensuring optimal utilization. Facilitate effective stakeholder management by collaborating closely with program leads, workstream owners, and client representatives. Support financial and commercial tracking, including budget analysis, effort-against-plan monitoring, and resource cost reporting. Proactively manage risks and escalations, providing data-backed insights and recommended actions.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience in PMO or program support roles. Demonstrate experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs, with a strong background in resource planning and allocation. Exhibit robust experience in reporting and governance management, coupled with strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is essential, along with familiarity with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity. Must hold mandatory certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and PMP.
