We seek professionals with a strong background in programme governance, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and financial tracking to contribute to our success.

Establish and manage robust programme governance structures, including regular reporting and risk/issue tracking. Support comprehensive capacity versus demand planning and maintain resource allocation details.

Effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, facilitating key governance forums and ensuring alignment with delivery and commercial targets. Track project financials, budget burn rates, and effort against planned timelines.

Proactively identify and escalate risks, providing data-backed insights and actionable recommendations to ensure smooth project execution.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree, coupled with 8-12 years of experience in PMO or programme support roles, is essential.

Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programmes, alongside exposure to resource planning and allocation management, is required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and governance are key.

Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder communication, influencing abilities, and familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity. Flexibility for global shift timings and mandatory certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or PMP are necessary.
