Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing direction and leadership. Design, develop, and implement robust Java Full Stack solutions. Focus on Java and Microservices development, ensuring high-quality code. Implement real-time analytics using Spark Structured Streaming. Work with modern data lakehouse formats like Delta Lake and Iceberg. Apply proficiency in SQL and data modeling for analytical workloads. Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines (Spark MLlib, MLeap) and serve models effectively. Gain exposure to and utilize data governance tools such as Apache Atlas and AWS Lake Formation.

We seek a Senior Team Lead with 4 to 7 years of proven experience in Full Stack Java Development. Essential skills include expertise in Spark Structured Streaming and real-time analytics, along with knowledge of Delta Lake, Iceberg, or other lakehouse formats. A strong command of SQL and data modeling for analytical workloads is required. Familiarity with machine learning pipelines (Spark MLlib, MLeap) and model serving is crucial. Experience with data governance tools like Apache Atlas and AWS Lake Formation is beneficial.
