Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Team Lead, focusing on Oracle Cloud ERP and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and extensive industry or consulting experience. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology solutions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.

Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules. Collaborate with technical teams to design and test reports (OTBI/BIP), integrations (OIC), and workflows.

Document business requirements, solution designs, and configurations. Develop and execute test scripts, performing thorough functional testing. Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and propose robust solutions.

Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, assessing their impact on business processes. Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires a functional professional with at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and 5-7 years of relevant industry or consulting experience.

Key skills include expertise in Supplier On-boarding, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Accruals, Indirect Taxes, TDS/WHT, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Data Migration. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and approval workflows is essential.

Familiarity with OTBI/BIP reports, OIC integrations, and Oracle ERP security roles is highly advantageous. Experience with data conversion, functional setups, and end-to-end process flows is crucial. Strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with excellent client management and interpersonal abilities, are expected.
