Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Team Lead, focusing on Oracle solutions. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation through robust enterprise technology.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical data integration initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Lead senior-level Oracle FDI and ODI implementations, focusing on complex data integration workflows, data mapping, and migration strategies.

Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL processes using ODI, optimizing performance and scalability with best practices for error handling and recovery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, ensure accurate data transformation, and perform data validation and reconciliation.

Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot data issues, and support system upgrades and integration projects. Develop comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and test cases.

Manage the deployment of ODI objects, implement version control, and provide essential production support, including monitoring and performance tuning.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and demonstrate a strong command of Oracle FDI and ODI, including their related modules.

Showcase expertise in ETL processes, data integration tools, and data migration strategies, with hands-on experience in FDI configuration and troubleshooting.

Exhibit proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data analysis, coupled with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. Prior experience with Oracle Cloud upgrades and patches is considered a valuable asset.
