Analyze intricate business needs and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud Financials solutions. Configure and deploy core Oracle Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and rigorously test reports (OTBI/BIP), integrations (OIC), and workflows. You will be responsible for documenting business requirements, solution designs, and configurations. Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts, ensuring thorough functional testing. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose robust solutions. Provide essential training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.

Stay abreast of Oracle Cloud's quarterly updates, assessing their potential impact on business processes. Support post-go-live stabilization and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with critical data conversion and functional setup activities, ensuring seamless transitions and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a functional professional with a minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and 5-7 years of combined industry and/or consulting experience. A solid understanding of accounting principles is essential, with experience in Lease Accounting and Tax being a valuable asset.

Required skills include extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and approval workflows is crucial. Familiarity with OTBI/BIP reports, OIC integrations, and Oracle ERP security roles is highly advantageous.

You must possess strong written and oral communication abilities, alongside excellent client management and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required for this role.
