We are seeking a Senior Team Lead with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP-SCM solutions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding complex implementation projects and mentoring a high-performing team. Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Conduct client workshops to thoroughly analyze and document business requirements. Design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, and Sourcing.

Configure Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Costing integrations, and Supply Chain processes. Drive solution design discussions, advocating for Oracle's standard best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management.

Support critical activities such as data migration, integration design, testing, training, and deployment. Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness efforts, ensuring successful business adoption. Provide expert functional guidance to project teams and mentor junior consultants. Effectively manage stakeholder communication, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables are met throughout the implementation lifecycle.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and over 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, specifically with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory Cloud. Proven hands-on experience configuring these modules across at least 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations is essential.

A strong grasp of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Item Management, Supplier Management, and core Supply Chain business processes is required. Experience with Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification, Strategic Sourcing, and Inventory Transactions is highly beneficial. Familiarity with integrations involving Oracle Financials, Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management modules is also expected.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, and go-live support is critical. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting. Prior experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery environments is preferred. Oracle Cloud certifications in Procurement and/or SCM Cloud would be a significant advantage.
