We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically within Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Costing. You will leverage your deep understanding of various modules and costing transactions to deliver impactful solutions. This is a crucial role that bridges technology and business operations.

Lead end-to-end processes for manufacturing and costing modules, including configuration, testing, and support. Collaborate extensively with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules. Conduct workshops to define requirements and design optimized workflows. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Deliver comprehensive user training and knowledge transfer sessions, coupled with detailed documentation. Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications through regular audits and validations. Address escalations and resolve complex issues within Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing efficiently.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Costing. Possess a deep understanding and implementation experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, PLM/Product Hub, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Costing, and Quality Management. Expertise in various costing transactions like procurement landed cost, receipt accounting, WIP costs, inventory costing, and OM-COGS recognition is essential.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO) and Landed Cost Management (LCM). Familiarity with SLA accounting for GL journal entries and managing custom costing solutions is required. Any bachelor’s or master’s degree is acceptable.
