Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Team Lead and Enterprise Architect. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving technology strategy and transformation. You will work within the Technology Strategy & Transformation group, focusing on enhancing enterprise technology to not only maintain operations but also to enable innovation and foster long-term growth.

Implement, configure, and manage Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, deploying and maintaining OneAgent across diverse platforms including cloud, on-premise, Kubernetes, and VMs. Design and configure custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide critical insights. Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and user experience, performing root cause analysis for identified issues. Configure synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM) to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and other DevOps tools. Set up and manage service flow, tagging, management zones, and error detection. Collaborate with application, DevOps, and SRE teams to promote observability best practices. Provide expert recommendations for system optimization and capacity planning. Support monitoring strategies for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring governance, standards, and best practices are adhered to in all monitoring setups.
