This position involves leading cloud-native engineering, automation, CI/CD, and platform operations on GCP. It's perfect for a hands-on leader with robust DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering expertise who can champion automation, enhance reliability, and speed up application modernization across the enterprise.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will spearhead DevOps engineering for GCP, encompassing CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and GitOps adoption. You'll design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure GCP architectures, utilizing services like Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.

Key responsibilities include owning the GCP Landing Zone, infrastructure governance, IAM, and network segmentation. You will drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) maturity with tools like Terraform and lead SRE practices for monitoring, incident response, and resilience.

Additionally, you will enhance observability, manage cloud cost optimization (FinOps), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices for container orchestration. Mentoring DevOps and cloud engineers to foster growth in automation and SRE is also a crucial part of this role.

We are seeking an individual with over 5 years of IT experience, including 2-4 years specifically in GCP DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Essential hands-on experience includes deep proficiency with GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, IAM, BigQuery), building CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment patterns. Strong skills in Terraform, GCP CLI, Python/Go, Bash, and GitOps practices are necessary.

Experience with GKE, Kubernetes operations, service mesh technologies like Istio/Anthos, and robust networking knowledge (VPC design, firewall rules) are vital. Familiarity with SRE principles, monitoring, logging, and cloud financial management is also expected. GCP certifications are preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
