We are seeking a Senior Team Lead with 3-6 years of experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Actions. A strong foundation in infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and Ansible is essential.

Your expertise should include setting up landing zones, configuring auto-scaling and auto-provisioning, and managing multi-account environments. Proficiency in scripting with YAML/JSON, and automation using Shell, Python, or PowerShell is required. Hands-on experience with Cloud Native Services like Azure Functions, App Service, AKS, Storage, and SQL Database is crucial.

Solid understanding of branching strategies (e.g., Git Flow, trunk-based development) and experience deploying microservices in Kubernetes, including writing Helm charts or Kubernetes manifests, are key. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights is expected. The ability to quickly learn new services and DevOps tools, combined with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, is vital.
