Opportunity for a Senior Team Lead specializing in Oracle EBS SCM Costing to drive excellence in enterprise technology. This role is instrumental in leading and supporting critical Oracle modules, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices.

Lead the enhancement, implementation, and configuration of Oracle EBS SCM, MFG, and Costing modules, ensuring alignment with business needs. Deeply understand and manage transactions related to procurement landed cost, receipt accounting, WIP costs, inventory costing, COGS recognition, and Landed Cost Management (LCM).

Oversee system configuration, testing, and support activities, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency. Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and operations teams to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities with other Oracle modules. Drive process workshops to gather requirements, identify challenges, and design effective solutions.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Lead user training, knowledge transfer, and create detailed documentation. Ensure data integrity, perform audits, and effectively troubleshoot complex issues within Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Costing.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required. Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM Costing modules, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Oracle EBS.

Essential skills include excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and proven client-facing experience. Experience with SLA accounting for GL journal entries and any custom costing solutions managed in the past is highly advantageous.

An Oracle certification in Manufacturing/Costing is preferred. This role is based in Chennai and operates on a 5-day hybrid work model (WFO).
