Join our team in Chennai as a Senior Team Lead specializing in Oracle EBS SCM, MFG, and Costing. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology division. You will leverage your expertise to lead enhancements, implementations, and configurations, ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements and best practices.

This position offers a 5-day work-from-office setup, fostering a collaborative and engaging environment. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of manufacturing and costing processes within Oracle EBS, ready to contribute to our long-term growth and success.

Lead and support Oracle EBS SCM, MFG, and Costing modules, ensuring alignment with business needs. Drive system configuration, testing, and end-to-end process support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and design effective solutions. Oversee project timelines and resource allocation.

Provide mentorship to team members, fostering knowledge sharing. Lead user training and create detailed documentation. Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle EBS applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Manufacturing and Costing modules.

We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree, coupled with over 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM Costing modules, including a minimum of 3 years specifically in Oracle EBS. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proven client-facing experience are essential.

An added advantage would be demonstrated ability in leading enhancements, implementations, and configurations. A deep understanding of key transactions such as landed cost, WIP costs, inventory costing, OM-COGS recognition, and Landed Cost Management (LCM) is expected. Experience with SLA accounting and custom costing solutions is also beneficial.
