Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Oversee the configuration, enhancement, and implementation of Oracle EBS Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct thorough testing of all functionalities to guarantee they meet business objectives and operational standards. Provide comprehensive user training and develop essential user documentation to support system adoption and proficiency.

A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in Oracle EBS Financials is essential, with at least 2 years in a team lead capacity. A strong grasp of financial processes, reporting demands, and team leadership dynamics is crucial.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, subledger reconciliation, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and fixed asset lifecycles. Familiarity with Oracle EBS architecture, database schemas, and RICEFW development is highly desirable.

Expertise in configuring Oracle E-Business Tax (eB-Tax) for diverse tax structures is required. Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ICWA, or an MBA in Finance are strongly preferred, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
