Join Deloitte's Human Capital service line as a Senior Team Lead / Delivery Manager, focusing on Organization Transformation and PMO.

This role is instrumental in driving workforce transformation, fostering innovation, and supporting sustainable business growth through enterprise technology solutions. We are seeking experienced professionals to manage and enhance our delivery frameworks.

Establish robust programme governance, including cadence, dashboards, and RAID logs. Prepare insightful executive-level reporting packs and meticulously track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Support comprehensive resource and capacity planning across diverse workstreams. Maintain accurate resource allocation and utilization reports, coordinating fulfillment with internal and client teams.

Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, facilitating governance forums and steering meetings. Ensure seamless alignment between delivery, staffing, and commercial objectives.

Monitor financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and burn-rate analysis. Assist in reporting resource costs and utilization, highlighting variances against plans.

Candidates should possess 10-12 years of experience in PMO or program support roles, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Mandatory certifications include Certified Scrum Master and PMP.

Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs is essential. Demonstrated exposure to resource planning, allocation management, and strong governance expertise are key. Experience in client-facing environments, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills, is required.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity is necessary. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting and commercial awareness are critical for success. Flexibility to work in overlapping/global shift timings is also expected.
