As a Senior Team Lead, you will spearhead the design validation, sizing, and comprehensive implementation of Private Cloud platforms. You'll own the entire solution build, manage migrations, and ensure operational excellence. This role involves guiding junior engineers and actively engaging with clients.

Key responsibilities include: - Performing cloud assessments and capacity planning. - Designing compute, storage, network, and virtualization architectures. - Sizing environments based on workload requirements (CPU, RAM, IOPS, throughput). - Deploying clusters and automating provisioning processes. - Implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup strategies. - Leading Proof of Concepts (POCs) and migrations to Private Cloud. - Implementing container platforms like OpenShift/Kubernetes. - Developing High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and operational procedures. - Driving performance tuning and optimization initiatives. - Mentoring junior engineering resources.

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead with 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud environments, including 3-4 years in architecture or design roles. A Bachelor's in Engineering is required.

Essential skills include: - Deep understanding of SDDC architecture principles. - Proficiency in VMware/Nutanix cluster design. - Expertise in storage design, including IOPS modeling and tiering. - Strong knowledge of networking concepts like leaf-spine, VXLAN, and NSX. - Experience with backup and DR architecture. - Solid foundation in Linux/Windows server engineering. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or PowerCLI. - Familiarity with container orchestration platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes). - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

Preferred certifications include VCAP, Nutanix NCP, RHCE, or CKA.
