As a Senior Team Lead, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our robust network architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring secure connectivity, reliable operations, and scalability across both hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and load balancers. This involves supporting cloud-native networking in Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as implementing and maintaining hybrid connectivity solutions. Your duties will extend to managing IP addressing, DNS, and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF. You will also play a key role in firewall administration, managing both on-premises and cloud-based solutions, and ensuring network security standards are met.

Key responsibilities include administering enterprise firewalls such as FortiGate, Palo Alto, or Check Point, and managing cloud security tools. You'll implement firewall rules, segmentation policies, and secure remote access. Furthermore, you'll participate actively in network infrastructure projects, migrations, and audits. Troubleshooting network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining comprehensive documentation are integral to this role. On-call support and incident management are also part of the scope.

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead with 5-8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, including at least 3 years focused on cloud-native environments. A strong grasp of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VPNs, NAT, DNS, and DHCP is essential. Hands-on experience with firewalls like FortiGate, Palo Alto, or Check Point is required. Proficiency in cloud networking within Azure, AWS, or GCP, covering routing and security configurations, is also critical.

Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a good understanding of network security best practices. Experience with enterprise routing and switching platforms from leading vendors is expected. Familiarity with network high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery concepts is a plus. Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis is also beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
