Lead and supervise the day-to-day RTR operations for US clients, including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial close processes. Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring both timeliness and accuracy. Perform and review account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX control frameworks. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting, and monitor key performance indicators like close cycle timelines and reconciliation accuracy. Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Renewables, Finance Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services with experience serving US clients. A strong understanding of US GAAP is essential. Educational qualifications include being Semi-Qualified CA, CPA, or CA, along with a Graduation degree. Experience in leading teams and driving process improvements is highly valued. Familiarity with SOX control frameworks and experience in handling financial close and reporting activities are critical for success in this role.
