Join our Assurance team in Mumbai as a Senior Team Lead, playing a pivotal role in Accounting & Reporting. This position is key to driving functional excellence and supporting long-term growth within a dynamic client-facing environment.

This role involves leading day-to-day operations for US clients, ensuring meticulous financial processes and timely reporting. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Lead and oversee daily RTR operations for US clients, including General Ledger accounting and journal entries. Drive month, quarter, and year-end closing activities with precision and efficiency. Conduct and review account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, and variance analysis.

Ensure adherence to US GAAP and SOX control frameworks. Prepare financial statements and management reports, while monitoring key performance indicators like close cycle timelines and reconciliation accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

A Semi-Qualified CA, CPA, or CA, coupled with a Graduation degree, is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, ideally within Renewables, Finance Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services environments, with prior experience serving US clients being a significant advantage. A strong understanding of US GAAP is essential for this role.
