As a Scrum Master, you will guide and coach Scrum Teams in leveraging Agile methodologies for high-quality product delivery. You will foster high-performing teams by identifying strengths and development areas, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and promoting self-organization and effective communication. Key duties include resolving impediments, influencing stakeholders for critical decision-making, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and support large-scale transformation initiatives.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies is essential, with a strong understanding of end-to-end Agile delivery, including sprint execution, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment. Proficiency in Agile PM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is required, alongside knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively remove blockers and drive continuous improvement are vital. Experience with BFSI sector clients, particularly in insurance, and flexibility to work across US and UK time zones are highly desirable.
