Execute project and program management duties, including the design and setup of PMO/EPMO functions and program roadmapping. Utilize structured project management methodologies and formal tools to manage project processes.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, managing estimations, planning, tracking, scope control, and risks. Ensure effective resource management and provide regular status reporting.

Manage the RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies) processes, including cross-functional interdependencies. Prepare and present RAID dashboards.

Develop and manage integration roadmaps, incorporating changes to technology, processes, and governance frameworks. Track cross-functional dependencies diligently.

Drive change management throughout the project and program lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption of changes.

Generate and distribute project health dashboards and MIS reports, including data gathering, trend analysis, and presentation of project metrics.

Track and report on benefit realization, comparing planned versus actual outcomes.

Serve as a key interface for communication with program teams, management, stakeholders, and client teams.

Operate within defined governance processes and support governance forums like program reviews and steering committees.

Support KPI and SLA tracking for data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate across multiple workstreams, global teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant project management experience is required. Candidates should possess excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with robust stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive sponsors and diverse technical and non-technical staff.

Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is preferred, particularly with insurance engagements. Familiarity with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Regulatory environments, and Core Banking systems is highly desirable.

Experience with Markets & Securities Services and Lending & Transaction Management is a plus. Proficiency in SDLC delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban is expected. Experience with Agile project delivery, scaled Agile frameworks, portfolio management, and product management using Agile tools is beneficial.

Strong expertise in PMO governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and risk/dependency management is crucial. The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and MS Server is required. Demonstrated experience in automated reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven program tracking is essential.

Possession of industry certifications like PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or CSPO is advantageous. Knowledge of tools such as Primavera, Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, or Tableau is considered a plus.
