Key responsibilities include establishing and managing PMO/EPMO functions, developing program roadmaps, and overseeing project delivery using structured methodologies and tools. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, handling estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, and risk/issue resolution.

Additional duties involve managing RAID processes, creating integration roadmaps, and driving change management throughout projects. You will also generate comprehensive project health dashboards and MIS reports, track benefit realization, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Ensuring adherence to governance processes and coordinating across global delivery teams are also critical.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, ideally within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Proven success in managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional teams in a global environment is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent stakeholder management capabilities, are necessary. Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, along with robust knowledge of PMO governance, KPI tracking, and risk management is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and experience with automated reporting and dashboarding tools are also key. Certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, or Agile equivalents are highly valued.
