This position is within EY GDS's Transformation Delivery (TD) practice. You will be instrumental in assisting clients achieve successful business transformations by bridging strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology's role in large-scale transformations and have hands-on experience in designing and integrating both technology and business processes to create impactful, value-oriented solutions. These solutions often encompass a range of capabilities, including intake and prioritization, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/portfolio/transformation execution, schedule adherence, risk and issue mitigation, resource allocation, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), performance reporting, and data analytics through dashboards.

Responsibilities

Assume comprehensive project and program management duties, including the design and implementation of PMO/EPMO frameworks and program roadmaps. Effectively manage project management processes using structured methodologies and formal tools.

Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation through deployment, encompassing estimation, planning, tracking, scope management, risk and issue resolution, resource management, and status reporting.

Administer RAID processes (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies) for projects and interdependencies across technology, operations, and business units. Develop and present RAID dashboards.

Manage integration roadmaps, including technology changes, process adaptations, and risk/governance frameworks, while meticulously tracking cross-functional dependencies.

Champion change management throughout the project and program lifecycle, actively driving adoption.

Generate and distribute project health dashboards and management information system (MIS) reports to various stakeholders, involving data collection, trend analysis, and presentation of project metrics.

Monitor and report on benefit realization, comparing planned versus actual outcomes throughout the project duration.

Serve as a primary liaison and communicator with program and project teams, management, and stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional delivery teams.

Operate within established governance processes, policies, and standards, actively supporting governance forums like program reviews and steering committees.

Support KPI and SLA tracking and performance reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate efforts across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors in a global delivery model to ensure alignment and timely project completion.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree coupled with 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in project management is required. Possess exceptional project management capabilities with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with robust stakeholder management abilities, including experience in presenting to executive sponsors and audiences at all technical and non-technical levels.

Prior experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is essential, with a preference for candidates who have engaged in insurance-related projects.

Familiarity with Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Regulatory frameworks, and Core Banking systems is highly desirable.

Experience in Markets & Securities Services and Lending & Transaction Management is also sought.

Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban, is necessary.

Knowledge of Agile project delivery is crucial; experience with scaled Agile frameworks, portfolio, and product management utilizing Agile tools and methodologies is a significant advantage.

Exhibit strong expertise in PMO governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and risk and dependency management.

Must possess the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies as dictated by project and program needs.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and MS Server.

Demonstrated experience in automated reporting, dashboard creation, and data-driven program tracking.

Possession of one or more industry certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or CSPO is beneficial.
