We are seeking a skilled Compensation professional who is adept at mass processing and integrating compensation data into our core HR Systems. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in compensation program execution, possessing strong technical abilities in building, validating, and loading Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB) templates.
Key responsibilities include managing EIB data administration by preparing, validating, and loading inbound EIB templates for mass compensation events like annual merit cycles, bonus payouts, allowance changes, and compensation grade/profile updates. You will also be responsible for system testing and troubleshooting by reviewing error logs and validation reports from EIB uploads to identify and correct data discrepancies. Collaboration with HR Systems, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams is crucial to ensure compensation data accuracy across various pay components, grades, and profiles.
Furthermore, this role demands ensuring all mass data loads and compensation structures comply with internal policies, pay equity standards, and regulatory requirements. Continuous process improvement and documentation of EIB integration processes are expected to minimize manual data entry and streamline future compensation review cycles.
This position requires demonstrated, hands-on experience loading and troubleshooting Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) within an HR Systems environment, with a preference for Workday. A high degree of attention to detail is essential for reconciling large datasets, tracing data mappings, and interpreting error logs. Proficiency in product management practices and agile delivery, including tools like Jira, is necessary.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a must, including complex formulas, data transformation, and formatting for web services. Strong communication abilities are required to effectively liaise with IT, Payroll, and broader HR teams. High initiative and self-motivation are expected, along with a willingness to learn and embrace challenging opportunities.
