Develop and maintain drivers, tests, and frameworks for efficient SOC/System stress testing throughout the software development lifecycle, spanning user-space, kernel, firmware, and boot software. Engage in system architecture analysis, collaborating with internal teams to define use cases that push the boundaries of power, noise patterns, and bandwidth. Lead initiatives to enhance software efficiency, robustness, and user-friendliness for design validation, thermal/power characterization, manufacturing screening, and customer bring-up. Participate in root cause analysis for complex data center module/rack failures, recommending remediations and driving SW architecture improvements. Maintain effective communication with diverse teams, customers, and partners.

We seek candidates with a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, possessing strong C/C++ programming skills and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with SOC architecture and a capacity for working closely with hardware are essential. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and planning skills are required. A solid understanding of the ARM platform and Linux Kernel internals, along with experience in Pre-Silicon/Post-Silicon bring-up planning and complex SoC validation, are highly advantageous. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and experience on large SW projects are key differentiators.
