This position is integral to our Solution Engineering team, focusing on advanced operating systems and hardware interaction. You will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our technology seamlessly integrates into next-generation vehicles.

Architect, develop, and enhance native/para-virtualized Linux/QNX device drivers. Design, develop, and debug Android HALs to optimize performance. Resolve complex system-level issues across Linux, Android, and QNX operating systems. Lead architectural discussions for software components and engage with customers to provide expert support for DRIVE software solutions. Continuously refine the requirements gathering process and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to meet customer needs and drive challenging issues to resolution. Participate in feasibility studies, safety evaluations, and data analysis during architectural explorations.

BS/MS or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of overall professional experience, with a preference for 2+ years in the automotive industry. Demonstrated strong understanding of QNX/Linux/Android operating systems and hands-on experience in QNX/Linux device driver development. Proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging is essential. In-depth knowledge of ARM processor architecture fundamentals is necessary. Solid background in embedded software development and a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle. Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with diverse audiences and complex issues.
