Responsibilities

Design and implement critical aspects of the Boot SW, ensuring seamless booting of various operating systems across a wide array of NVIDIA SoC platforms. Develop and productize software for CPU and memory initialization, sophisticated resource management, and robust driver implementation. Define system requirements, configurations, and boot security protocols in close collaboration with cross-functional software, hardware, architecture, and platform teams. Maintain forward and backward compatibility within the bootloader architecture, with a strong emphasis on security and performance optimization.

Drive optimal performance and efficiency, adhering to stringent ISO26262 safety and ISO21434 security standards for current and next-generation NVIDIA TEGRA SoCs. Enhance development workflows and processes by leveraging AI agents and tools to establish advanced automation frameworks and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

A B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience with over 5 years in software development, is essential. Possess strong programming, debugging, and analytical skills, coupled with a profound understanding of operating systems and processor ISA. Proficiency in C programming and extensive low-level driver experience are required, alongside expertise in system-level debugging. Familiarity with Assemblers, binary formats (ELF, DWARF), and ABI is necessary.

Demonstrated experience in developing Boot software or BSP for embedded, mobile, automotive, or networking products is crucial. Familiarity with ARMv8-based processor architecture and board bring-up is expected. We seek a proactive self-learner with excellent communication skills and a professional approach to tackling technical challenges. An inquisitive mindset towards AI tools and Agentic work flows is highly valued.
