This pivotal role acts as a bridge between business requirements and robust technical solutions. You will translate complex workplace, sustainability, and enterprise data needs into high-impact analytics and platform capabilities. Collaboration with business leaders, product teams, and engineering is key to driving data-informed decisions and platform innovation.

As a Senior System Analyst, you will align product capabilities with enterprise technology strategies, contributing to scalable and reusable technical designs. You'll translate business needs into detailed system requirements, data models, and technical specifications, developing prototypes and recommending optimal solutions. Your role involves leading requirements gathering with stakeholders, driving research for complex features, and structuring large-scale requirements across multiple data domains. You will apply a strong understanding of enterprise data strategy, governance, and usage principles, recommending optimal data structuring approaches and partnering with engineering on data modeling. Breaking down complex problems, performing detailed analysis, and generating actionable insights will be crucial. You will also lead feature planning, scoping, and estimation, creating clear execution plans and coordinating dependencies across teams. Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and contributing to the product roadmap and vision are also key aspects of this position.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience in system analysis, data platforms, or analytics solutions. A deep understanding of data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, APIs, and medallion architecture, is essential. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data technologies such as Iceberg, Hadoop/Ozone, and cloud platforms are required. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills are paramount, complemented by strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working within Agile or SAFe environments is also necessary.
