This role is central to driving third-party intellectual property (3PIP) and EDA partner engagements with leading industry players. You will manage the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to amendments and statements of work, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators. Evaluating new partnership opportunities and providing strategic recommendations to management is a key aspect of this position.

Drive third-party intellectual property (3PIP) and EDA partner engagements with key industry leaders.

Oversee the complete contract process, including negotiating agreements, financial terms, timelines, amendments, and statements of work (SoWs).

Manage supplier relationships effectively, adhering to agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assess potential new supplier engagements and present recommendations to the management team.

Collaborate extensively with diverse cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, finance, sales, and legal.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IP, EDA, design, verification, product management, program management, or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications include 10 years of semiconductor experience specifically in 3PIP management, with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional 3PIP initiatives. Strong tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to deliver results are essential. A solid understanding of product and technology development processes and strategies, along with familiarity with major EDA and IP platforms, is highly valued. Excellent collaborative skills across business units and engineering are necessary to align and execute deliverables effectively.
