Your expertise in relevant industries and established connections within the sector will be instrumental in shaping compelling applications and content for products like YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce. This role is part of the Platforms and Devices organization, focused on developing cutting-edge computing software and hardware experiences that seamlessly integrate Google AI, software, and hardware for users worldwide.

Spearhead third-party intellectual property (3PIP) and EDA partner collaborations with key industry leaders.

Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation of agreements, financial terms, timelines, amendments, and statements of work (SoWs).

Manage ongoing supplier relationships, ensuring performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).

Evaluate potential new supplier partnerships and present strategic recommendations to management.

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, finance, sales, and legal.

Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 10 years of experience within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IP, EDA, design, verification, product management, program management, or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications include 10 years of semiconductor experience specifically in 3PIP management.

Demonstrated success in leading 3PIP initiatives with complex, cross-functional deliverables.

Exhibit a strong capacity for navigating ambiguity and consistently achieving results.

Maintain a solid understanding of product and technology development processes and strategies, along with familiarity with major EDA and IP platforms.

Excel in collaborating across multiple business units and engineering teams to align on and execute objectives.
