Lead engagements with key industry partners for third-party intellectual property (3PIP) and EDA collaborations.

Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiating agreements, financial terms, timelines, amendments, and statements of work (SoWs).

Sustain ongoing supplier management through the adherence to agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assess potential new supplier partnerships and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Foster communication and collaboration with a wide array of cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, finance, sales, and legal.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.

Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience within the semiconductor industry, encompassing areas such as IP, EDA, design, verification, product management, program management, or partnerships.

Demonstrated expertise in driving leadership within 3PIP initiatives, managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Exhibit a strong comfort level with ambiguity, coupled with a proven ability to engage stakeholders and deliver measurable results.

Maintain a solid understanding of product and technology development processes and strategies, with working knowledge of at least one major EDA and IP platform.

Excel in collaborating across multiple business units and engineering departments to align and execute project deliverables.
