Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to achieve OKRs and execute the product roadmap. Drive integration and alignment across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and strategic coherence.

Foster strong collaboration across organizational boundaries, ensuring that strategies, directions, and decisions are harmonized to create impactful differentiation.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

You should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. This includes 7 years of experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, alongside experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.

A minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience is essential, covering back-end development with languages like Java, Python, or C++, and front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, along with 8 years of experience in data structures and algorithms. Additionally, 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role and 3 years working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional projects are highly valued.
