Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of advanced search solutions. This includes transforming natural language queries into actionable insights and developing sophisticated ML models to elevate search quality.

Drive innovation by actively researching and integrating state-of-the-art ML techniques, algorithms, and architectures to improve search relevance and user satisfaction.

Take ownership of critical technical objectives and roadmaps for Workspace Search, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.

Establish and continuously refine robust evaluation frameworks and key performance indicators to rigorously measure and monitor progress.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Demonstrate at least 8 years of comprehensive experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Information Retrieval (IR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning (ML).

Proven track record of successfully launching user-facing, large-scale production quality systems.

Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance, distributed search or quality systems within production environments.
