Napa plays a crucial role in enabling data analysis across key Google applications and services, supporting the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Foundation team. Lead high-impact technical projects, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Provide guidance and mentorship to distributed engineering teams, fostering alignment on goals and timelines. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability. Contribute to the productionization and deployment of infrastructure components. Collaborate closely with infrastructure and client teams to facilitate seamless integrations and enhance system performance.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. Demonstrate 7 years of experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, or expertise in compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture. Highlight 5 years of experience in software design, architecture, and product launch. Proven experience with distributed databases and large-scale distributed systems is essential. Proficiency in C++ is a prerequisite.
