A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, demonstrating proficiency in programming languages, data structures, and algorithms. Additionally, 5 years of experience in system design, architecture, and launching software products is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field. Extensive experience with data structures and algorithms (8 years) and a strong background in technical leadership (5 years) guiding project teams and setting technical direction are highly valued. Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional projects (3 years) is also advantageous.
