Drive alignment and ensure clarity across teams regarding project objectives and timelines. Effectively manage project priorities, deadlines, and key deliverables. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance robust, large-scale software solutions.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. Significant experience (5 years) in software design, architecture, and the complete lifecycle of testing and launching products. A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred. 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms is highly desirable. Experience (5 years) in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical strategy. Familiarity (3 years) with complex, matrixed organizational environments and cross-functional project collaboration is beneficial.
