As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will provide pivotal technical leadership on high-impact projects. You will mentor and influence a distributed team of engineers, fostering alignment and clarity across teams regarding goals, outcomes, and project timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale software solutions, including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement.

To be considered for this role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in software design and architecture, as well as in testing and launching software products. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, alongside 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Additionally, 5 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, guiding project teams and setting technical direction, is highly valued. Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional or cross-business projects for at least 3 years is also beneficial.
