Lead high-impact technical projects and provide mentorship to a distributed engineering team. Drive alignment and ensure clarity across teams regarding project goals, desired outcomes, and timelines. You will be instrumental in managing project priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful deliverables.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and continuously enhancing large-scale software solutions. Your technical expertise will be crucial in driving these initiatives forward.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years in software development. We also require 5 years of experience in software design, architecture, and the successful testing and launching of products.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience with data structures and algorithms is valued, as is a history of technical leadership, guiding project teams and setting technical direction. Experience within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional projects is also highly desirable.
