You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and address critical customer challenges, leveraging data to inform decisions and guide development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Measure, analyze, and utilize data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and product development. Design, develop, test, and instrument robust new solutions, ensuring high quality and scalability. Develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to streamline deployments. Champion and advance our engineering practices, incorporating TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures. Analyze existing systems and processes to pinpoint bottlenecks and identify areas for significant improvement. Mentor and learn from peers, actively fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team and organization. Lead team initiatives by applying extensive experience and deep technical knowledge to define optimal methods and approaches for problem-solving. Hold the team accountable for delivering high-quality results aligned with defined OKRs. Engage with Senior Managers to discuss strategic plans, review results, and provide expert advice on complex technical matters.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience is required. Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in software engineering is essential. Possess strong problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrate a passion for staying abreast of modern technologies and design patterns. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, and Data Structures & Algorithms is a must. Experience with Azure Pipelines, modern RDBMS (SQL/PLSQL), ASP.NET RESTful API design, and Kafka/event-driven design is expected. Familiarity with modern web UI frameworks like React and containerization with Docker is required. An aptitude and willingness to learn technologies such as Helm/ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and GraphQL is highly valued.
