Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into actionable insights. Measure, inspect, and drive data-informed decisions to guide product development. Design, test, code, and instrument new, scalable solutions.

Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Champion and advance our engineering process through TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures. Analyze existing systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks, fostering continuous improvement.

Mentor and learn from your colleagues, cultivating a culture of continuous learning within the team and the broader organization. Lead team initiatives by applying your broad experience and deep technical expertise to guide methodological and approach decisions. Ensure team accountability for delivering exceptional results aligned with defined OKRs. Engage with Senior Managers to discuss strategic plans, report on progress, and provide expert advice on intricate matters.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering is essential.

Candidates must possess strong problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills. A genuine passion for staying abreast of modern technologies and design patterns is crucial for success in this role. Experience with C#, Dotnet core, Microservices, and DSA is a core requirement.
