Engage with stakeholders to understand customer challenges and identify areas for enhancement. Drive data-informed decision-making through measurement and analysis. Design, develop, test, and instrument novel solutions to address business needs. Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Champion engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, Microservices, and Vertical Slice Architectures. Analyze existing systems to pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization. Foster a culture of continuous learning and mentorship within the team. Lead team initiatives by leveraging extensive experience and technical expertise to guide approach and methodology. Ensure team accountability for delivering quality outcomes aligned with OKRs. Communicate plans, results, and strategic advice to Senior Management.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience is essential. Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities along with excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must. A genuine passion for staying current with modern technologies and design principles is highly valued. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Data Structures & Algorithms, Azure Pipelines, SQL/PLSQL, ASP.NET RESTful API design, Kafka/Event-Driven Design, React, and Docker is expected.
