Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges. Drive data-informed decision-making through measurement and analysis. Design, develop, test, and instrument new solutions, ensuring robust code and comprehensive instrumentation.

Develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Enhance our engineering practices by championing Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Microservice architectures, and Vertical Slice Architectures. Analyze existing systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimizing processes for greater efficiency.

Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring peers and sharing knowledge within the team and organization. Lead team initiatives, making informed decisions on methodology and approach to problem-solving based on your broad experience and technical expertise. Ensure team accountability for delivering quality results aligned with defined OKRs. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent demonstrable experience. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering is required.
