Join Client as a Staff Engineer focused on Data and AI, playing a pivotal role in shaping our data pipeline and AI platform engineering.

Your expertise will drive architectural decisions, guide fellow engineers, and deliver critical platform functionalities during an exciting phase of platform evolution.

You will establish the technical direction for data pipeline and AI platform engineering. This includes making key architecture decisions, providing mentorship to engineering teams, and successfully implementing complex platform capabilities.

Your work will involve our data environment, which includes SQL Server CDC, Confluent/RedPanda, and Redshift (Bronze/Silver/Gold) via DBT. You'll also work with EC2, DynamoDB, and AWS Bedrock, as Snowflake is being retired. Approximately 90% of the data is internal.

We are seeking candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience in data analytics and AI platforms.

Essential skills for this role include proficiency in Data Analysis, DBT, MS SQL, and strong communication abilities.
