Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as PCI DSS and robust data governance frameworks.

Manage and mentor distributed, cross-geography engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

A minimum of 20 years in technical product management, with a dedicated 8+ years focused on data and AI platforms.

Substantial experience managing data platform products within regulated industries (payments, fintech, or banking highly preferred).

Hands-on expertise in data engineering or ML engineering, enabling credible technical discussions.

Proficiency with cloud-native data stacks including AWS, Redshift, SQL Server, and streaming platforms like Kafka/MSK.

Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, data governance, and compliance-led product design.
