Lead and architect the image chain for CT products, owning the end-to-end design and integration of key components to achieve superior image quality.
Drive innovation studies to expand the clinical utility of CT systems while adhering to design limitations. Address and resolve field and factory issues related to image quality, ensuring customer needs are met.
Collaborate with system and product teams to understand subsystem impacts on clinical needs. Mentor system designers, introducing modern design practices to enhance consistency and efficiency across CT products.
Establish product requirements, define overall architecture, and develop forward-looking strategies for platform and technology development to maintain product competitiveness. Analyze solution options to ensure scalability, sustainability, and fault tolerance.
Manage technical and integration risks, and design tradeoffs with global cross-functional teams. Contribute to product strategy, drive architectural decisions, and engineer solutions for complex customer challenges. Provide technical leadership in an agile environment, defining and evolving designs with the latest technologies.
This role demands extensive experience in Engineering, Technology, and Systems Architecture & Design, with a knowledge level equivalent to a Master's degree.
Possess at least 15 years of technical experience, coupled with recognized technology leadership across various disciplines. Experience with imaging modalities and system design responsibilities, including hardware, software, and systems design for medical devices like CT, PET-CT, X-Ray, or MR is preferred.
Demonstrate expert-level skills in stakeholder collaboration, influencing decisions, and strategic thinking. Proven success in problem definition, architectural rigor, technical decomposition, and project estimation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for informed decision-making and proactive obstacle management.
Exhibit strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, lead programs/projects effectively, and manage documentation, planning, marketing, and execution.
Skilled in working with global teams, accommodating time zone differences. Provide oversight and mentoring to team members, with an ability to delegate and govern work effectively. Established project management skills are required.
