Join NVIDIA as a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Generative AI. This role focuses on training Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing advanced workflows like Pretraining, Finetuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will be instrumental in designing and delivering innovative solutions utilizing NVIDIA's cutting-edge generative AI technologies. A deep understanding of LLMs, particularly open-source models, and RAG-based workflow design and implementation is essential.

Architect comprehensive generative AI solutions centered on LLM training, deployment, and RAG workflows. Collaborate with clients to address their language-centric business challenges and craft bespoke solutions. Partner with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales efforts, including technical presentations and demonstrations of LLM and RAG capabilities. Engage with NVIDIA engineering teams to offer feedback and contribute to the advancement of generative AI software. Lead workshops and design sessions to define and refine generative AI solutions and guide the training and optimization of LLMs using NVIDIA's hardware and software. Implement effective strategies for LLM training to achieve peak performance and design RAG workflows to enhance content generation and information retrieval.

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience is required. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in a technical AI role, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM training. Demonstrated success in deploying and optimizing LLM models for production inference. In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art language models such as GPT-3, BERT, and similar architectures. Expertise in training and fine-tuning LLMs using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. Proficiency in model deployment and optimization for efficient inference on various hardware, especially GPUs. Strong understanding of GPU cluster architecture and parallel processing for accelerated training and inference. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience leading workshops, training sessions, and presenting technical solutions effectively.
