Lead workshops and design sessions to refine LLM and RAG solutions. Drive the training and optimization of LLMs using NVIDIA's powerful hardware and software. Implement strategies for efficient LLM training and effective RAG workflow integration. Stay current with the latest advancements in language models and generative AI.

Requires a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent. Must possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in generative AI, specifically in training LLMs. Proven success in deploying and optimizing LLM models for production inference. In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art language models (e.g., GPT-3, BERT) and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. Proficiency in model deployment and optimization techniques for GPUs. Strong understanding of GPU cluster architecture and parallel processing.
